Quick replies

Create text and media shortcuts, and import or export replies as CSV or Excel.

Where it is

Menu Mensajería → Respuestas Rápidas (route /quick-messages).

What a quick reply is

Each item has:

  • Código / atajo (shortcode) — you use it in chat to insert the content
  • Text Mensaje
  • Optionally an attached archivo / medio

They are not Meta templates (HSM / message templates). They speed up team replies inside whapi.chat.

Create or edit

  1. Add a new reply or edit an existing one.
  2. Define the shortcut and the text.
  3. Attach a file if you need one.
  4. Save.

Import and export

In Importar / Exportar:

  • Descargar plantilla CSV
  • Importar CSV (also accepts .xls / .xlsx)
  • Exportar CSV

Confirm the import when the system asks. After importing, the list updates with the new replies.

Use in chat

In the Chats composer, type the shortcut or select the quick reply from the input selector to insert text and media.
