Settings for each WhatsApp connection

Edit name, automated messages (greeting, out of hours, rating) and agent for a WhatsApp Lite connection.

Where to open the modal

  1. Go to Conexiones → WhatsApp Lite.
  2. On the connection card, open edit (edit / configure action).
  3. The Editar WhatsApp / Agregar WhatsApp modal opens.

What you can configure

General data

  • Connection Nombre
  • Predeterminado toggle (default connection)

WhapiBot (if your plan includes it)

  • Habilitar Whapibot on that connection
  • Agente a vincular: the AI agent that will process messages on that line

Automated messages

In the Mensajes automatizados accordion (visible with WhapiBot):

  • Mensaje de saludo — welcome when a conversation starts
  • Mensaje de finalización
  • Mensaje fuera de horario — reply when you are outside operating hours
  • Mensaje de calificación — text linked to the review / rating request
  • Mensaje de cierre por inactividad

Save with Guardar (or Agregar if it is a new connection).

Meta pages

For Facebook and Instagram, the page modal also allows automated messages (greeting, completion, out of hours, rating, inactivity) and AI/agent options when the plan allows it.

Tip

Write the greeting and out-of-hours message in a clear tone and offer an alternative (business hours or emergency channel) to reduce drop-offs.
