Knowledge sources

WhapiBot learns from:

• Documents: PDF, Word, TXT uploaded to the dashboard
• URLs: Pages on your website that the bot can index
• FAQs: Manual question-answer pairs

Go to WhapiBot > Sources and add each resource. The system processes the content within minutes.

Custom rules

Rules let you define specific behaviors:

• “If they ask about prices, send the link to the pricing page”
• “If they mention ‘urgent’, transfer to an agent immediately”
• “Do not respond about topics outside [your industry]“

Test the bot

Use the built-in simulator in WhapiBot > Test to send test messages and verify responses before activating it in production.
