Credits and AI consumption

Check Mi Consumo IA and top up credit packs without confusing them with conversations.

Screens

In Administración you will find:

  • Mi Consumo IA (/consumption) — period usage: tokens, AI actions, and transcriptions.
  • Créditos (/credits) — wallet, history, and purchase of credit packages (packs).

What is consumed

AI consumption is measured in credits associated with:

  • Tokens (response / model usage)
  • Acciones IA (AI actions)
  • Transcripción (Transcription) of audio (seconds or transcription usage)

It is not billed or reported as “conversations” on these screens.

How to read Mi Consumo IA

  1. Open Administración → Mi Consumo IA.
  2. Review the available balance (plan credits and, if applicable, wallet).
  3. Check the detail by metric (tokens, actions, transcription) and recent events.

Plan credits are used first; when they run out, recharged wallet credits are deducted.

How to top up credits

  1. Go to Administración → Créditos.
  2. Review the saldo de billetera (wallet balance).
  3. Buy an available credit paquete (package).
  4. Purchased credits do not expire and are used automatically when the plan quota runs out.

Relationship with WhapiBot

Generating responses, running agent actions, and transcribing audio consume credits. If the quota reaches zero and there is no wallet balance, those functions may stop until the next renewal or a top-up.
