Contacts and companies

Manage Contactos and Empresas, custom fields, and import from Excel or CSV.

Contactos

Menu Mensajería → Contactos (route /contacts).

From here you can:

  • Search and list contacts
  • Create or edit records
  • View each contact’s perfiles (canales) (WhatsApp Lite, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, widget, etc.)
  • Manage Campos de perfil / company custom fields (guide from the custom fields info button)

Import and export contacts

In Importar / Exportar:

  • Download CSV template
  • Importar .xls, .xlsx, or .csv files
  • Export to CSV

The importer shows a preview table before you confirm.

By default the list prioritizes contacts with a messaging channel; you can enable the option to also include widget-only contacts.

Empresas

Menu Mensajería → Empresas (route /businesses).

There you manage company records, link them to leads/contacts, and can use company custom fields when they are configured.

Relationship with Chats

Leads in Chats rely on contacts (and optionally companies). Keeping data and channels up to date improves history and funnel filters.
