Email inbox

Connect accounts and manage inboxes in Correos electrónicos.

Where it is

Menu Seguimiento → Correos electrónicos (route /mail). In the side menu it appears as Correos electrónicos.

Accounts and folders

  1. Connect or select an email account.
  2. Browse the standard folders: inbox, sent, drafts, archive, trash, spam, etc.
  3. Account status shows as Conectado, Desconectado, Error, or Conectando.

Read and write

  • Open a message from the list to view it in the reading panel.
  • External images may be blocked for security until you allow them.
  • Compose new emails from the composer / new email drawer.
  • Manage firmas and plantillas from the inbox configuration links.

Attachments

You can preview or download attachments according to the platform security rules. If an attachment is blocked, you will see the corresponding notice.
