Getting started

Create your account on whapi.chat

Sign up with email and password, complete your profile, and create your workspace on whapi.chat.

Before you start

You need an email you can access and a secure password (at least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a symbol).

If you already have an account, go to app.whapi.chat/login. On the login screen you can also use Continuar con Google (Continue with Google).

Step 1: Registration

  1. Open app.whapi.chat/register.
  2. Enter your Correo (Email) and Contraseña (Password), and confirm it.
  3. Accept the términos y condiciones (terms and conditions) and the política de privacidad (privacy policy).
  4. Click Continuar (Continue).

Step 2: Complete your profile

  1. After registration you will reach /register/profile (Completa tu perfil / Complete your profile).
  2. Fill in the fields the form asks for (first name, last name, phone with country code, and the rest of the visible fields).
  3. Click Guardar y continuar (Save and continue).

Step 3: Create the workspace

  1. From the workspace selection screen, choose Crear workspace (Create workspace) (path /register/workspace).
  2. Select a Plan.
  3. Complete at least:
    • Nombre de la empresa (Company name)
    • Teléfono de la empresa (Company phone)
    • Slug (URL / subdominio) (unique; suggested from the name)
  4. Confirm with Crear workspace (Create workspace).

Creating the workspace starts the trial period for the selected plan (when the plan includes one). Then you will enter the company panel.

Tips

  • Save the slug: it identifies your workspace.
  • If you already have an account, use app.whapi.chat/login instead of registering again.
