Campaign variables and configuration

Configure global intervals and variables {nome}, {email}, {numero} or custom ones in Config. de Campañas.

Where to configure

Go to Campañas y mensajería → Config. de Campañas (/campaigns-config).

This screen defines default send values and reusable variables. Access depends on the Campañas module (useCampaigns).

Send intervals (global)

In Intervalos de Envío you can adjust:

• Intervalo Aleatorio de Envío (messageInterval, initial value 20 seconds)
• Intervalo Mayor Después de (longerIntervalAfter, initial value 20 sends)
• Intervalo de Envío Mayor (greaterInterval, initial value 60 seconds)

Save with Guardar Configuraciones.

If you enable Intervalos de Envío Personalizados on a campaign, those campaign values take priority over these globals.

Variables in messages

When writing campaign messages you can use:

• {nome} — contact name from the list
• {email} — email
• {numero} — phone number

Custom variables

On the same screen, section Variables Personalizadas:

1. Click Agregar Variable.
2. Define the Atajo (nombre de variable) (e.g. empresa) and the Contenido.
3. Save. In the message it is used as {empresa} (or the shortcut you created).

Custom variables substitute the same value for all campaign recipients; {nome}, {email}, and {numero} change per contact.
