Files for campaigns

Create file lists in Archivos and assign them to a campaign as Lista de Archivos.

Where they are

Go to Campañas y mensajería → Archivos (/files).

There you manage reusable file lists for campaigns (list name and number of associated files).

Create a file list

1. In Archivos, create a new list.
2. Edit it to upload or manage the files in that list.
3. The table shows the list name and how many files it contains.

Use them in a campaign

1. Open Campañas y mensajería → Campañas.
2. In the create or edit modal, choose the list in the Lista de Archivos field.
3. If you do not need media, leave Ninguno.

You can also attach a one-off file with the Adjuntar button in the campaign modal; that is independent of the list.

Relation to the plan

Archivos, Campañas, Listas de Contactos, and Config. de Campañas form the campaigns module and require useCampaigns on the plan.
