Plan and subscription

View and manage your Elite, Pro, or Personalizado plan from Configuración de la empresa.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Administración → Configuración de la empresa.
  2. Open the Plan y suscripción tab.

There you see your plan status, the trial (if applicable), and options to activate or change the subscription.

Plans

  • Elite
  • Pro
  • Personalizado (Custom)

From this tab you can review the current plan and schedule or activate another available plan, depending on your account status.

Payment and trial

  • Subscription charges are processed with PayPal in USD.
  • If you are on a trial, you can activate the subscription before the trial ends.
  • There is a Lifetime option (one-time lifetime payment) when the plan has it configured.

Tax information

whapi.chat does not offer PDF invoice download from this tab. For tax data or invoicing with RUC or other requirements, write to [email protected].

Tips

  • Complete any pending PayPal approval if the panel asks you to.
  • If you need a Personalizado plan, contact support before assuming Elite or Pro limits.
