Manage users and roles

Invite agents, assign permissions, and organize your team in whapi.chat.

Available roles

AdministratorFull access, billing, settings
SupervisorAgent management, reports, campaigns

Read-onlyView reports and conversations

Invite users

  1. Go to Administration > Users > Invite.
  2. Enter the new member’s email.
  3. Select the role.
  4. The invitee will receive an email to create their password.

Deactivate users

Deactivated users lose access immediately, but their conversation history is kept for auditing.
