Company settings

Tabs Opciones, Empresa, Plan y suscripción, Sedes, Webhooks, and Documentación API.

Access

Go to Administración → Configuración de la empresa.

Available tabs

Depending on your account and plan, you may see:

  1. Opciones — workspace operational settings, including Gestión del horario comercial (Business hours management).
  2. Empresa — company data (name, contact, image, and related fields).
  3. Plan y suscripción — current plan, trial, and subscription management (visible on client accounts).
  4. Sedes — company locations/branches.
  5. Webhooks — webhook configuration.
  6. Documentación API — OpenAPI documentation when your tenant has the external API enabled.

If a tab does not appear, it is not available for your account type or plan.

Business hours

In the Opciones tab, configure Gestión del horario comercial: the management type and the parameters your operation uses for service hours.

Multiple workspaces

With the same global account you can have more than one workspace:

  1. From the workspace selection screen (Tus workspaces / Your workspaces) choose the active one or create a new one with Crear workspace.
  2. Each workspace has its own Configuración de la empresa.

Tips

  • Update Empresa and Opciones first before connecting channels in production.
  • Billing and the plan are managed only in Plan y suscripción, not in other tabs.
