Manage contacts in the CRM

Organize your contact database with profiles, tags, and custom fields.

Contact profile

Each contact has a profile with:

  • Basic details (name, phone, email)
  • Full conversation history
  • Tags and custom fields
  • Linked opportunities

Access it from the inbox by clicking the contact name or from CRM > Contacts.

Tags

Tags classify contacts by interest, source, or status:

  1. Go to CRM > Tags > New tag.
  2. Assign a name and color.
  3. Apply manually on the profile or automatically with rules.

Custom fields

Add fields such as “Budget”, “Product of interest”, or “Renewal date” to enrich your sales database.
