Manage contacts in the CRM
Organize your contact database with profiles, tags, and custom fields.
Contact profile
Each contact has a profile with:
- Basic details (name, phone, email)
- Full conversation history
- Tags and custom fields
- Linked opportunities
Access it from the inbox by clicking the contact name or from CRM > Contacts.
Tags
Tags classify contacts by interest, source, or status:
- Go to CRM > Tags > New tag.
- Assign a name and color.
- Apply manually on the profile or automatically with rules.
Custom fields
Add fields such as “Budget”, “Product of interest”, or “Renewal date” to enrich your sales database.
