Import contacts for campaigns

Upload contact lists in CSV and organize them with tags for effective campaigns.

CSV file format

The file must include at least the telefono column with country code. Optional columns: nombre, email, empresa.

Example:

telefono,nombre,empresa
51999888777,María,Lopez SAC
51988777666,Carlos,Torres EIRL

Import contacts

  1. Go to Contacts > Import.
  2. Upload your CSV file.
  3. Map columns to whapi.chat fields.
  4. Assign a tag to identify the source (e.g. “Leads trade show 2026”).
  5. Confirm the import.

Validation

The system verifies number format and removes duplicates. Invalid contacts are reported at the end of the process so you can correct them.
