Billing and plans

View your active plan, payment history, and upgrade options in whapi.chat.

View your current plan

Go to Administration > Billing to see:

  • Subscribed plan and billing cycle
  • Included vs used agents
  • Monthly conversation usage
  • Next billing date

Change plan

  1. Click Change plan.
  2. Compare options (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
  3. Confirm the change. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades apply on the next cycle.

Payment methods

We accept credit/debit card and bank transfer for annual plans. Update your payment method in Billing > Payment method.

Invoices

Download invoices in PDF from payment history. For billing with tax ID or specific fiscal details, contact [email protected].
